Tóm tắt

Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tình trạng dinh dưỡng của người bệnh mắc gan nhiễm mỡ liên quan đến rối loạn chuyển hóa và mối liên hệ giữa tình trạng gan nhiễm mỡ và chỉ số CAP (Controlled Attenuation Parameter) trên fibroscan, enzyme gan, thói quen dinh dưỡng của người bệnh mắc gan nhiễm mỡ MAFLD tại Khoa Khám bệnh, Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương năm 2024 - 2025.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang 48 người bệnh mắc gan nhiễm mỡ liên quan đến rối loạn chuyển hóa điều trị ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Bệnh Nhiệt đới Trung ương năm 2024 - 2025.
Kết quả và kết luận: Tuổi trung bình của người bệnh là 46,5 ± 14,8 tuổi, chỉ số BMI trung bình là 26,2 ± 3,6 kg/m2 . Phân loại theo BMI có 58,3% thừa cân và 10,4% béo phì, mỡ nội tạng trung bình là 11,2 ± 4,3 điểm. Một số yếu tố liên quan với tình trạng thừa cân, béo phì là mỡ nội tạng cao. Kết quả nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh vai trò của đánh giá dinh dưỡng. Đặc biệt là mỡ nội tạng và chất lượng của khẩu phần trong quản lý
người bệnh MAFLD.
