Cryptococcal meningitis by the fungus Cryptococcus neoformans is a common central nervous system infection found in immunocompromised individuals. The disease often progresses for a long time, difficult to diagnose and has a high mortality rate. In Vietnam, there are a few studies on Cryptococcal meningitis in HIV-uninfected patients.
