Abstract

Study results for parasitic pathogens at the Parasitology - Fungi room, Institute 103, we synthesized and analyzed data for 12 months (June 2020 - June 6, 2021). The results showed that, a total of 7,718 cases were tested, 1,031 cases were positive for parasitic pathogens (13.36%). In which, the group of fungal diseases has the highest infection rate (64.05%), followed by the group of helminth diseases accounting for 34.64%. Among them, the most commonly detected pathogen was Candida sp. accounted for 39.74% of the total pathogens, followed by Toxocara canis, which accounted for 26.64% of parasitic and fungal pathogens.
