Abstract

Objectives of the study "Comparision characteristics of clinical and subclinical between co - infection HEV/HBV and hepatitis E patients.


Study subjects: 128 patients diagnosed with viral hepatitis E treatment in the Cente of Tropical Diseases, Bach Mai Hospital from 6/2015 to 2/2019 be selected by convenience sampling techniques.


Study methods: Describe interrupted.


Results and conclusions: The main clinical manifestations were fatigue, anorexia, ictere and clinical manifestations showed no significant difference between co-infectection HEV/HBV patients and hepatitis E patients (p > 0.05). The concentration of enzyme ALT, AST and bilirubin total showed no significant difference between coinfectection HEV/HBV patients and hepatitis E patients (p > 0.05). Tests for liver function such as serum albumin level, prothrombin reate decreased in coinfection HEV/HBV patients and hepatitis E patients (p < 0.05). The platelets average in coinfection HEV/HBV patients is lower in hepatits E patients (p < 0.05).
