Abstract

Objective: Reseach the connections between clinical haemorrhagic situation with the platelet and coagulation assay.

Subjects and method: An observation research in 88 patiens from age 15,who had Dengue shock syndrome as Ministry of Health standard 2011, and full assay. They had treated in National hospital of tropical disease for 5 years (from January, 2011 to December, 2016). In many assays: platelets, PT ratio, APTT, Fibrinogen; only the difference in PT ratio in haemorrhagic organ and APTT in both cutaneous haemorrhage and haemorrhagic organ was significant. In the serious haemorrhage group and thenot one, the significant difference was in PT ratio lower than 30% and APTT smaller than 40s cases.

Conclusion: The number of platelets and Fibrinogen was not relate with clinical haemorrhage in patiens with Dengue shock syndrome. Meanwhile, lower PT ratio and prolong APTT was connect with serious haemorrhagic situation in patiens who had dengue shock syndrome.
