Abstract
Scientist Jenner invented the vaccine in 1796 is a great medical achievement of mankind. Since the birth of vaccines, mankind has really acquired a super weapon, the sharpest, most effective to actively prevent dangerous infectious diseases.
Vaccine and vaccination are the most effective preventive measures to reduce the morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases of mankind.
About 85% - 95% of people who are vaccinated will develop specific immunity that protects the body from disease. Vaccinated people who do not get sick will not die or have sequelae caused by the disease. Thanks to vaccines every year around the world, about 2.5 million children are saved from dying from infectious diseases. Vaccines and immunizations play an important role in achieving the United Nations' millennium goal of reducing under-five mortality worldwide.
And most recently, the COVID-19 pandemic has infected hundreds of millions of people and killed millions, but thanks to the Vaccine, the disease has been controlled.
