THE PREVALENCE OF ANEMIA AND RELATED FACTOR IN PATIENTS WITH HIV / AIDS TREATED IN NHAN AI HOSPITAL

Abstract

Introduction: Anemia in patients with HIV / AIDS is a risk factor for mortality of this patient objects .To select the appropriate intervention measures to assess the scale of the problem coming and the relevant factors.


Objective: Determine the rate of anemia and learning -related factors in patients with HIV / AIDS inpatient treatment at the hospital of compassionate.


Subjects and methods : Patients with HIV / AIDS. Describe interrupted study.


Results and conclusions: This study showed that the rate of anemia (Hb <11,5g / dl) was 36%, men make up the majority of the sample with 76.8%, the most in patients under the age of 45, 87.3%. Besides, the rate of anemia was 7.7% smaller, anemia rate to be 32.8%; based on the average amount of hemoglobin, the red blood cells anemia hypochromia rate was 16.7%, anemia was 53.1% Average outstanding and the rate of anemia was 30.2% offers excellent; standards based on hemoglobin concentrations average rate of anemia, the average is 3.9% excellent, rate is anemic hypochromia 96.1%; based on the amount of blood, the red blood cells anemia rate of 15.4%. Findings reported in 57.1% of patients with mild anemia, 33.9% of anemic patients in moderate and 9% of patients with severe anemia.
