Abstract
Objects: Studying fators related to SIC at NHTD in 2019.
Subjects and methods: Cross-sectional descriptive and prospective study, use mathematical statistic tests to analysis relationships of SIC.
Results and conclusions: 102 patients involved the study, the average age was 57 years old, the proportion of male was 75%, septic shock appeared in 65% of patients, the average SOFA score was 9, the prevalence of SIC was 70.5%; some relationships of SIC: the higher SOFA score was , the higher the rate of SIC was (p=0,002), there was not statistic differences between with and without shock group, with or without underlying disease, the mortality of group with SIC was higher than without SIC (p=0,08), the rate of death of patients with severe bleeding was 2,8 times as high as whom without or mild hemorrhage (p=0,02), the mortality of patients with hypocoagulations (A5 Extem < 34mm) was 1.9 times as high as whose hypercoagulation or normal status in rotem (p=0,03).
